	CustomCD, Inc offers a set of Web Services that our clients can incorporate into their existing application. The Web Services are developed to support operations such as: Posting a request to fulfill an order Requesting order status Requesting order history Requesting shipping information Requesting re-shipment of an order Our API is highly extensible. It supports the ability to provide additional fields, specific to every client. These additional fields may contain any information that a client is willing to use on a disc label, disc installation menu or print materials. In addition, we provide a real time feedback system. Feedback can be sent using web service call, ftp file upload or email. Our clients are able to see status changes in their systems using our real time feedback.
